Education:Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Towson University in 2001 and Doctoral degree in Audiology from Gallaudet University in 2005.

Jennifer Michaud has extensive experience in Audiology including: audiological evaluations, hearing aid evaluations and fittings, American Sign Language and audio testing including: ABR, ECOG, OAE, and ENG/VNG. She maintains a membership with the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association and the American Academy of Audiology.
